Cultural and Affinity Graduation Celebrations
Graduation ceremonies celebrate SDSU's rich diversity.
Each year, several graduation celebrations are hosted by various San Diego State University departments, clubs, organizations and affinity groups.
Although there are traditional graduation ceremonies hosted by SDSU, these events bring together friends, family and community while celebrating the rich diversity of the university.
"These graduations are significant for our entire campus,” said Aaron Bruce, SDSU’s chief diversity officer. “They celebrate family, friends, community and culture and represent for many students the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.”
All campus and community members are welcome to attend and participate in the celebrations.
