New Hopes, New Challenges Lecture
Northwestern University School of Law professor Eugene Kontorovich will speak at SDSU on March 2.
Kontorovich specializes in constitutional and international law and is one of the world’s preeminent experts on the Israel-Arab conflict. His research has been published in leading academic journals and his expertise is often sought out and quoted by major news organizations, including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal and NPR News.
Kontorovich’s first talk takes place at 12 p.m. on March 2 at the Melvin Garb Hillel Center, when he will discuss the U.N. Security Council Resolution 2334.
At 7 p.m. that evening, Kontorovich will discuss "Unsettled: The Legality of Israel’s Settlements in International Law." This lecture takes place in Arts and Letters 101.
