Grade Submission Deadline for Summer 2017
Summer 2017 grades for T1 and S2 must be submitted by 11 p.m. on Aug. 21.
T1 (12-Week Session): August 16-21
S2 (Second 6-Week Session: August 16-21
Grades must be submitted online through the WebGrades function in the SDSU WebPortal. The WebGrades function will be closed after 11 p.m. on on the final date of each grading period.
Late grades (those not submitted via the WebPortal by the University Senate deadline) can only be submitted using the grade change function in the SDSU WebPortal. The Office of the Registrar does not accept late grades via printed rosters for manual posting by the Office of the Registrar staff.
Outstanding Incomplete (“I”) grades from Summer 2016:
Any outstanding Incomplete (“I”) grades from summer 2016 must be updated prior to 11 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2017. After this deadline, all outstanding “I” grades from summer 2016 will be changed to an Incomplete Charged (IC).For more information about summer 2017 grade submission, visit the Grade Submission page.
