Student Organization Spotlight: SDSU AITP
The SDSU Association of Information Technology Professionals assists students interested in information technology.
Through the organization, students learn more about the latest technologies and software, network with industry professionals and make new friendships with like-minded students.
Aashi Jain, president of AITP, said he joined the organization because he wanted to become more involved in the management information systems community and campus overall.
“The highlight of my time with this organization has been meeting peers and professionals,” Jain said. “I have loved working with everyone I have met as they have all had an impact in one way or another.”
Is the Association of Information Technology Professionals open to all majors or is it major specific?
Our organization is open to all majors who want to network with technology-affiliated professionals. It is directed toward information systems, computer science, and computer engineering majors; however, all business majors are welcome.
