San Diego State University men’s basketball student tickets are now mobile for the 2017-18 campaign. Current SDSU students will now be able to claim their free ticket from any desktop or mobile device and access the ticket from a smart phone.

SDSU students can log into their account one week prior to each home game, beginning at 8 a.m. PT, to claim their ticket. Only one free ticket per game is allowed for valid enrolled SDSU students. Tickets are not transferrable or printable and are only valid on smart phones. Any tickets not claimed by SDSU students will go on sale to the general public, starting two days after the student ticket claim date.

If students claim a ticket and cannot attend, they can call the Aztec Ticket Office at 619-283-7378 two days prior to the event to have the ticket removed from your account. No penalty will occur if protocol is followed. Students who claim a ticket and do not attend will be penalized via a three-strike policy:

Strike 1: Student cannot claim ticket for the next home game until general public general admission on-sale date.
Strike 2: Student cannot claim ticket for remaining home games until general public general admission on-sale dates.
Strike 3: Your account will be reviewed for possible suspension for the rest of the season.

For step-by-step instructions on claiming and viewing your student tickets, visit the GoAztecs ticket page.

All questions regarding the process or those who do not have smart phones should contact the Aztec Ticket Office at 619-283-7378.
