Registration for San Diego State University’s summer session is now open, allowing students the best opportunity to get ahead on their road to graduation.

Registration for the first six-week summer session will be open from March 5-31, with the session beginning May 22.

The second six-week summer session begins July 9, with registration open from March 5 through July 17. The 13-week summer session takes place May 22 through Aug. 21. Registration for that session runs March 5 through June 4.

To help students complete their degree and reach graduation sooner, the university is offering hundreds of summer classes, including more than 160 online courses, with a special focus on regularly impacted courses and general education requirements. Evening and online course options also have been expanded.

Enrolling in one summer session course can put students on track to graduate on time or leave room in their schedule for a valuable internship, study abroad experience or participation in a student organization.

Visit the Academic Advising Center and your major adviser to help create your summer class schedule. Housing with optional meal plans are also available during summer session.
