Commencement is an exciting time at San Diego State University. Nearly 10,600 degree candidates will have the opportunity to walk across the stage at Viejas Arena in front of family and friends as they move on to the next chapter of their lives.

Whether you’re attending a ceremony or watching from afar, you can catch the sights and sounds of SDSU's commencement and share the joy of this year’s graduating class on social media.

Tagboard

Graduates and guests attending commencement may be featured on the Viejas Arena jumbotron. SDSU is partnering with Tagboard to display personal photos and messages prior to each commencement ceremony. Simply share photos on Twitter or Instagram, tag SDSU and use #SDSUGrad for the chance to be featured.

Facebook

Tune into SDSU’s Facebook page to view a live stream of each commencement ceremony. SDSU’s Facebook page will also display photos throughout the weekend.

Twitter

Follow SDSU’s Twitter account and use #SDSUGrad to share your commencement excitement and to view tweets from graduates, their families, friends, faculty, staff and alumni.

Instagram

Tune into SDSU’s Instagram account prior to each ceremony for a live stream of the graduates moments before they enter the arena. View photos and videos of graduates and their families, and don’t forget to use #SDSUGrad to share your commencement photos.

Snapchat

For behind-the-scenes photos and videos from throughout the weekend, follow SDSU’s Snapchat (@sandiegostate) prior to each commencement ceremony.
